We ship Australia-wide via Australia Post. You can view estimated shipping times here.
Shipping is charged at a flat rate of $9.95 and is free on orders over $99.

Yes. You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund less any postage charges incurred by us. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
If you would like to exchange an item, you are responsible for paying return shipping costs and shipping costs on the new items.
