Returns

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Return Instructions

1. Check Your Return Eligibility
✅ Item must be new and unopened

📦 Must be returned within 30 days of delivery

🛠️ If the item is incorrect or faulty due to our error, we’ll cover the return shipping

2. Contact Us First
Email us at support@craftvault.com.au with:

Your order number

The item(s) you’re returning

A brief note on the reason for the return

Any relevant photos (for defective/damaged items)

3. Pack & Ship the Item
Repack the item carefully in its original condition

We’ll let you know whether to use your own shipping or if we’ll provide a return label (if it was our fault)

4. Wait for Refund
Here’s the usual refund timeline:

✅ 5–10 business days for the item to reach us

✅ 3–5 business days for us to process it

✅ 5–10 business days for your bank to process the refund

You’ll usually see your refund within 4 weeks, but often much faster!
