💳 What payment methods do you accept?

We take all the big names: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and other debit cards that work online. Prefer digital wallets? Google Pay and Apple Pay are good to go!

Need more time to pay? We’ve got you covered with Afterpay.


📦 When will my order arrive?

At checkout, you’ll see shipping options and estimated delivery times with Australia Post. We’ll also send you tracking details once your order’s on the way.


🌏 Do you ship internationally?

Sorry, we only ship within Australia for now.


🚚 How much is delivery?

Standard shipping is free for orders over $99. For orders under $99, it’s just $9.95 Australia-wide.


🔎 How do I track my order?

Once you place your order, you’ll get an order confirmation email. When we ship it, you’ll receive another email with your tracking link and number. Click the link or track it on the Australia Post website for updates.

✏️ Can I change my delivery address?

Please double-check your delivery details before placing your order . We often pick and pack within a few hours! If you spot a mistake, email us immediately and we’ll do everything we can to fix it before your order ships.


🔒 Is my payment information secure?

Absolutely. We use Shopify Payments, which is highly secure and encrypted. We also offer PayPal, Afterpay, Google Pay, Apple Pay and more. Your details stay safe, and we never store your personal payment info.



💸 Do you offer payment plans?

Yes! Choose Afterpay at checkout. Please note: you’ll need an account with your chosen payment provider.


❌ The website won’t let me order the quantity I need!

Our stock levels are live. If you can’t order as many as you’d like, it means we don’t have that many left. Need more than what’s showing? Reach out to us at support@craftvault.com.au and we’ll try our best to accomodate your order.


📍 Where are you based? Do you have a store?

Craft Vault is 100% online. We don’t have a physical shop open to the public.


🏢 Where do you ship from?

All orders ship directly from our Perth warehouse. We don’t drop ship, everything is in stock and ready to go so you will get your order as quickly as possible.


🔄 Can I return items I don’t need?

Of course! We offer 30-day returns on unused items in their original packaging. See our Returns Page for details.


🧶 Do you help estimate yarn amounts?

We don’t offer yardage estimates as there are too many variables between different patterns and yarns. We recommend buying a bit extra to make sure you get the same dye lot as we can’t guarantee the same dye lot will be available later!
